no, artificial tears help, even if you use them longtime. they won't mak yor eyes drier than they already are! you wll be able to cry alone, not to worry!

Nope. I've been using artificial tears more than ever with my allergy symptoms and the decongestant that I have to take dries my eyes out...they're watering a lot on their own, but the artificial tears actually put a little "cooling" effect.
