i have dark brown eyes... how can i make them seem bigger by using eyeliner? Use black or dark purple eyeliner only on you upper lash line (eyeliner on the lower lash line makes eyes looks smaller. The dark purple will make compliment your brown eye color very nicely, while black eyeliner is very dramatic.
