Is there a disease that is characterized by the eyes rolling back, and the body going rigid?

I am reading a book, and the character does this at one point, I am wondering if it could be a disease.

epilepsy. seizures do that. Heck, there was a little girl in the news a few months ago who had laughing seizures (she would laugh, and they didn't realize what it was).

epilepsy is an issue with the brain. Not a disease. Though snake bites could produce something similar (the really poisonous ones) Source(s): Worked in a neurology clinic
Rigor mortis. Although there's generally other symptoms.
Sounds like a Seizure
