I feel a bad pain around my eyes whenever i eat ice cream or cold water.is it normal?

i get the exact same thing with icecream
it is the cold foods etc. bugging your sinuses=it is normal
You are experiencing "brain freeze" so just eat your cold stuff slow...that works for me.
seems to happen to me whenever I am eating it real fast vs. taking my time to eat the ice-cream could just be a coincidence though but see if it works for you or not.
There is a nerve at the roof of our mouth... that would make u experience brain freeze when eating cold things...

The degree of the feeling could be different from person to person :)
