What are some good BRIGHT color eye shadows for brown eyes?

I'm interested to go for bright colors, I wanna do below my eye as well and am not sure what colors.. anything bold and vibrant!

Dont do below the eye that was made for the runway and should stay there try a charchol liner ,not black cause it makes you look like a drug addict. If you must get a pale coloured liner 3 shades lighter than your eyeshadow. Blues with a touch of green look great along with purples and other greens, With dark eyes it's best to go with cool colours it makes our eyes POP! Purchase a shadow thats a powder but feels creamy to the touch and on your eyes because that will have the best colour and longest staying power. If you have no budget I would suggest M.A.C. they have the highest range of colours and the best quality products plus the colours are crazy! Napolean is great also.
For medium budget avon and mark do great stuff only problem is having to wait for your order.
For low budgets just a trip to your local drugstore will serve you fine.
So have fun experimenting! Don't do under the eye unless it's really light with a shade about 3 shades lighter than your eyeshadow.
Do the cool colours and complements fly in!!
