From my question I asked, is a Ocular - Plastic Surgery a specialty of Plastic Surgery or Ophthamology ? Ocular plastic surgeons may start as ophthalmologists or as plastic surgeons. Both are trained as surgeons, and either may choose to specialize in that area. I know an ophthalmologist who does facial plastic surgery, and several plastic surgeons who do blepharoplasties and other ocular procedures. So the answer is... yes! My answer is Ophthalmology! Ophthalmologists are trained in all areas of the eye, including surgical techniques to enhance vision. Not quite sure what you mean by Ocular - Plastic surgery? Generally ophthalmologists use surgery to correct mechanical problems (eye muscles, cataracts, myopia, etc).
